A £50 quote deposit may be required before a site visit is arranged. This covers the time taken to visit and properly assess the existing installation, including access, flue route, pipework, controls, condensate arrangements and any additional works that may be required.
The £50 deposit is deducted from the final invoice if you proceed with the installation.
For customers located close to our operating area, we may waive the survey deposit at our discretion.
